( The Nation ) HAVANA .- The government of Raul Castro allowed Cubans to travel abroad as tourists, for the first time in half a century, according to the reform plan released today.
Also, Cubans could see this morning with his own eyes a number of directives of the Communist Party of Cuba (PCC) that will make it possible to sell their homes and cars.
The "Economic Policy Guidelines" recently adopted by the Sixth Congress of the PCC were published, and a table that explains each one of them and the changes from the original document that was debated by hundreds of thousands of people late last year.
The conference took place from 16 to 19 April and although different circles versions did not know the official version of the texts adopted.
